Retainer Packages

Choose the right package for your business needs and receive high-quality design work every month. Each package includes a set number of design projects per month, with additional projects available at an a la carte rate.

Level 1: Mini Package

$850/month

  • Up to 2 design projects per month

  • Includes minor revisions and standard graphic design work

  • Delivery within 7-10 business days per project

Level 2: Standard Package

$1,750/month

  • 3-4 design projects per month

  • Includes minor and major revisions

  • Delivery within 7-10 business days per project

  • Flexible support for urgent design needs

Level 3: Premium Package

$3,000/month

  • 4-6 design projects per month

  • Includes all revisions and priority scheduling

  • Delivery within 5-7 business days per project

  • One quick-turnaround project (within 3 business days) per month

Level 4: Ultimate Package

$4,500/month

  • 6-8 design projects per month

  • Unlimited revisions and priority scheduling

  • Delivery within 3-5 business days per project

  • One quick-turnaround project (within 3 business days) per month

  • Includes strategic design consultation and brand optimization

Additional Information

  • To discontinue or renew your retainer subscription, a two-week notice is required prior to the end of your current subscription month. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in automatic renewal for the following month.

  • A rush fee of 25% of your Level package will be applied to any urgent project that requires delivery within 3 business days. One rushed project per month is allowed for Tier 1 and Tier 2 packages; additional rushed projects will incur extra charges.

  • Need something specific outside of your retainer package? Below are the additional charges for certain individual design services:

    • Postcards: $150 each

    • Sell Sheets: $300 each

    • Brochures: $500 each

    • Social Image: $50 each

    • Social Video/GIF: $125 each (simple graphics, minimal audio/editing)

    • Presentations: $7.50/slide

    • Logo Design: $1,500 each

    • Brand Guidelines: $2,500 each (most extensive and comprehensive)

    • Custom Illustration: Starting at $500 per illustration (price varies based on complexity)

    • Stock Images/Illustrations: Priced separately based on the stock website’s pricing and usage terms. Client will be responsible for purchasing and licensing if required.

    Disclaimer: Prices for a la carte services are in addition to your retainer package and are billed separately. Turnaround times for additional projects vary based on scope and current workload. All designs include two rounds of revisions; additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. For custom design needs or larger projects, please reach out to discuss a tailored package.

    • Payment is due upfront for all retainer packages

    • Accepted payment methods: ACH transfer or PayPal

    • Invoices will be sent at the start of each month and must be settled before work begins.

  • A: Due to my full-time employment, I am unable to accept freelance projects from medical or technology companies and organizations. Thank you for your understanding.
